Dad accused of death blaze.

A 34 YEAR-old former taxi driver was remanded in custody yesterday accused of murdering his two children, ex-partner and her brother.

Neil Crampton is charged with killing his daughter, Abigail, 12, five year-old son Steven, ex-partner Funke Sobo, 36, and her brother Yemi Sobo, 41.

All four died of multiple stab and slash wounds.

Their bodies were found on Tuesday morning at their home in Hawthorn Gardens, Kenton, Newcastle upon Tyne by police after receiving a phone call just 10 minutes before from a man saying: "I've murdered my entire family."

Crampton was arrested outside the home he shared with his parents in Huntley Crescent, Winlaton, Gateshead, several hours later.
