DYNAMIC CLASSICS APPOINTS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

 NEW YORK, Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Dynamic Classics, Ltd. (NASDAQ: DYNC) announced today the recent appointment of John F. Black as senior vice president of the company. Mr. Black has spent the last six years at Weider Health and Fitness in various capacities, the most recent being executive vice president of Weider Sporting Goods, during which time that division quadrupled its sales.
 Mr. Black stated that the key to Dynamic Classics, Ltd.'s success, growth and profitability will be "creating value-oriented products for the consumer, and being able to react to new opportunities in the market."
 In addition to Mr. Black's positions at Weider Health and Fitness, he has also been employed by Graber Industries, Igloo Corporation and Stanley Tools.
 Dynamic Classics, Ltd. is primarily a distributor of luggage/sports bags and exercise equipment to the mass merchandisers.
