JILTED Della Bovey is to set up home with her toy-boy lover. The ex-wife of Grant Bovey, who left her for TV's Anthea Turner, has been seen house-hunting with 24-year-old Anthony Constanduros.

Her pounds 2.5million home in West Sussex is up for sale and the proceeds will be split as part of her divorce deal with Grant.

Della and Anthony have been looking at places worth about pounds 500,000.

They have seen several newly-built houses big enough for them and Della's two daughters, Olivia, five, and four-year-old Amelia.

They are said to be particularly taken with a new five-bedroom house in Loxwood, about seven miles away from Della's Fittleworth mansion.

The secluded house is the largest among a new development of 13 homes and has yet to be finished. The asking price of pounds 550,000 also makes it the most expensive.

Set in half an acre, the double-fronted home has three reception rooms, three bathrooms, a luxury kitchen and a double garage.

The garden also backs on to several acres of farmland.

But the couple face competition for the property from other couples who have also viewed it.

Della and Anthony have already missed out on another pounds 500,000 house which they saw in a nearby village.

Estate agent, Alexander McEwan, said: "The house in Loxwood is the sort that is attracting more interest now that it is nearly finished.

"We expect it will sell very soon and we should get the asking price for it." Della and Anthony's house-hunting marks a new stage in their relationship. Their affair had looked on the rocks when Anthony announced plans to work and travel abroad.

He was intending to stay away "indefinitely", but he cut short his trip to be with 35-year-old Della.

Whichever house they buy, it will never match Grant and Anthea's new love-nest.

They have a pounds 1.5million country mansion, set in 50 acres in Cranleigh, Surrey. It has a polo pitch, stables, a pounds 6,000 garden sundial and a huge statue of Buddha.

They bought it earlier this year after Grant, 37, left Della and his daughters.

It was the second time Grant had left her for the Wish You Were Here star. He went back after a four- month fling in a bid to save his marriage but left again at Christmas last year.

Della found comfort in the arms of Anthony soon after and has been with him ever since.

Anthea, who left her husband, former Radio One DJ Peter Powell for Grant, was named as co-respondent in Della's divorce papers earlier this month.

Della denied naming her as the "other party" was an act of revenge.
