DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass).

Eyebeam Atelier, a not-for-profit new media arts organization, signed a 13,000 SF lease for headquarters space at DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass), becoming the newest arts-related office tenant there. David Walentas, president of Two Trees Management Company, and Barry Gosin, vice-chair and CEO of Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc., the exclusive leasing agent for DUMBO, made this announcement.

Set within vibrant and artistic DUMBO, the offices at the loft-style 45 Main Street in DUMBO provide a perfect match for Eyebeam Atelier's needs. Eyebeam's space encompasses the entire 12th floor of the building. Eyebeam has hired award-winning architects David Hotson and Craig Newick to design the space.

"We built 45 Main Street for companies just like Eyebeam Atelier," said Walentas.

Two Trees has leased more than 225,000 SF of pre-wired space in DUMBO to companies that explore the boundaries of new technology and business. "DUMBO is the hottest new neighborhood for companies that can appreciate the combination of great space, modern amenities and services, exceptional environment and far below market rents," said Gosin.
