DUELING GROUNDS THOROUGHBRED RACING CORPORATION COMPLETES A REVERSE TAKEOVER

 VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Dueling Grounds Thoroughbred Racing Corp. commenced trading this morning on the Vancouver Stock Exchange at the opening. It trades under the symbol "DG" and is classified as a "Venture" company.
 The company has recently acquired all capital stock of the Simpson County Steeplechase Association, including the "Dueling Grounds Race Course" in Kentucky, U.S.A. The acquisition was the result of a reverse takeover (RTO), whereby a non-listed company acquires control of one already listed on the exchange. Dueling Grounds is now involved in the thoroughbred horse racing industry entailing both on-site and intertrack wagering.
 The company has completed a Private Placement of 1 million units at a price of $1 per unit. Each unit consists of one share plus one-half share purchase warrant.
 The company's capitalization is unlimited with no par value of which 7,405,732 shares are issued and outstanding. Canaccord Capital Corp. is the sponsoring member and Montreal Trust Co. is acting as the company's transfer agent.
