DUCKS VS. CHICAGO.

Byline: - Frank Welch

When: Tonight, 7:30, at the Pond, Anaheim.

TV/Radio: Fox Sports Net 2; XTRA-690 AM.

Update: Anaheim, which is off to an 0-2 start during this critical eight-game homestand, made two trades Thursday. The Ducks acquired right wing Patric Kjellberg from the Nashville Predators in exchange for right wing Petr Tenkrat. The club also announced the acquisition of right wing Sergei Krivokrasov from Minnesota in exchange for a seventh-round selection in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. Kjellberg has four points in 12 games for Nashville. The Blackhawks entered Thursday's game against the Kings with a 7-3-3 record and an eight-game (5-0-3) unbeaten string. While the Ducks (4-7-1) are having trouble scoring goals (2.1 per game average), Chicago has shown a potent offense.
