DU PONT MERCK NAMES ARNER ASSISTANT GENERAL COUNSEL WILMINGTON, Del., Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The Du Pont Merck
Pharmaceutical Company has named Raymond G. Arner assistant general counsel-intellectual property.
Arner, a resident of Jeffersonville, Pa., was previously an attorney with the Philadelphia law firm of Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis. Prior to that he was manager of patent license coordination for Wyeth Laboratories in Radnor, Pa. The Philadelphia native graduated magna cum laude from Temple University School of Law. He also graduated magna cum laude from the Temple School of Pharmacy. Arner was a staff member of the Temple Law Review, a member of the Rho Chi national honor society for pharmacy and a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia bar associations.
