 FROM U.S. DISTRIBUTOR, TESA CORP.
 TESA Obtains Letter of Intent For Contract to Appoint
 Midwest Dealer for Drug Detection Systems Products
 TORRANCE, Calif., March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Drug Detection Systems Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DGDT) announced today that its U.S. distributor, TESA Corp., placed another order for five of the EM/2 and EM/1 products used for screening for and detection of drug and alcohol use. This follows its earlier order which was delivered last December.
 TESA also paid another portion of its Rights Fee and informed Drug Detection Systems that it had received a letter of intent for a midwest dealer contract. The dealer contract will cover a multi-state territory. There are two other dealer contracts in negotiation which TESA anticipates closing within the next 60 to 90 days.
 Drug Detection Systems is the maker of a unique device that uses eye movements and pupillary reactions to determine whether an individual may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
