DR. JOBS: Christmas party panic; CAREER CLINIC.

Q OUR Christmas party is next week and I am worried about the company's reputation following a fight at last year's do. I don't want to be a party pooper so what should I do? - David, Kirkcaldy.

A GENTLY remind your staff that when they attend a company event they are still bound by the terms of their employment and as such should behave appropriately. Tell them they will face disciplinary action if they fail to do so.
