 DONALD P. BELLISARIO SIGNED TO EXCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT DEAL
 HOLLYWOOD, Oct. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Writer/producer/director Donald P. Bellisario will develop, write and produce television series and telefilms for the Television Group of Paramount Pictures under an exclusive agreement announced today. The deal also provides that Bellisario will develop feature film projects under a "first-look" arrangement with Paramount's Motion Picture Group.
 John S. Pike, president of the Network Television Division, said, "Don has been a prolific producer of programs which have been very entertaining and widely appealing. His impressive list of credits makes him an especially welcome addition to our growing roster of outstanding talent. We are eagerly looking forward to his future creative endeavors."
 Currently, Bellisario is creator and executive producer of the critically acclaimed series "Quantum Leap," now in its fifth season on NBC. He also wrote, directed and produced the feature film "Last Rites" just prior to creating "Quantum Leap."
 Previously, he created and was executive producer of the series "Magnum P.I.," "Airwolf" and "Tales of the Gold Monkey."
