 DONALD J. HELLER NAMED PRESIDENT OF BALDWIN PAPER
 VALLEY FORGE, Pa., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Donald J. Heller has been


named president of Baldwin Paper, the New York City affiliate of Paper Corporation of America (PCA), a nationwide distributor of printing papers and industrial products.
 Heller, 43, succeeds Nathaniel E. Springer Jr., who was recently named president of PCA Northeast, one of four operating regions established by PCA to increase coordination among its network of 20 companies throughout North America. Heller will report to Springer in his new role.
 "Don's years of experience at Baldwin Paper will provide continuity and stability as a new generation of leaders assumes responsibility for managing the company," Springer said. "We wish him every success as he begins his new assignment."
 Baldwin Paper, headquartered at 161 Avenue of the Americas in New York, is a leading distributor of fine printing papers in the New York metropolitan area.
 Heller is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, with a B.S. degree in printing management. He has spent his entire business career with Baldwin Paper.
 Paper Corporation of America, an Alco Standard (NYSE: ASN) company headquartered in Valley Forge, is one of the world's largest paper distributors, with annual sales of $3.6 billion.
 Alco Standard, also headquartered in Valley Forge, is a publicly held distribution and services company. For its fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 1991, revenues were $4.8 billion.
