DONALD B. LEVY PROMOTED TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, PRODUCTION PUBLICITY
 FOR THE MARKETING DIVISION OF PARAMOUNT PICTURES
 HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Donald B. Levy has been promoted to executive director of production publicity for the Marketing Division of the Motion Picture Group at Paramount Pictures.
 Levy is responsible for the direction and implementation of all production publicity on Paramount feature films, as well as coordinating publicity efforts between film sets and staff publicists. He continues to report to Blaise Noto, vice president, national publicity.
 Previously, Levy was director of production publicity for the same area, since 1987. Among the features he has been involved with at Paramount are "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade," "Beverly Hills Cop II," "Ghost," "The Godfather, Part III," "The Addams Family," "Wayne's World" and "Patriot Games." Currently, he is working on publicity for "Searching for Bobby Fischer," "Indecent Proposal," "Sliver" and "The Firm."
 Before joining Paramount, Levy was a unit publicist from 1981 to 1986. His credits as a unit publicist include: "The Witches of Eastwick," "Ruthless People," "Running Scared," "2010," "Poltergeist," "A Soldier's Story" and "Shoot the Moon."
 In 1980, he served as national promotion manager for Associated Film Distribution, and in 1979, he was staff publicist for Warner Bros. Television. Prior to that he worked on special projects, primarily for Columbia Pictures, including field coordination of the publicity tour for "Midnight Express" and the publicity tour and the premier for "The Buddy Holly Story."
 Levy concentrated on Cinema Studies at New York University and holds a bachelor of arts degree in mass communications and English from the University of Denver.
