DON'T MISS: ROYAL VARIETY PERFORMANCE; Best of this week's TV THURSDAY, STV, 8pm.

Maybe Catherine Tate is to blame for addressing the royal box with lippy schoolgirl Lauren shtik and saying: "Is One bovvered? Is One's face bovvered? Are you disrespecting me?"

Because this year, rather than the Queen, it's The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwell who are guests of honour at the London Coliseum for the Royal Variety Performance!

They'll be enjoying performances from the entertainment world, with King of the Copacabana Rod Stewart top of the bill, while Meat Loaf makes his first Royal Variety performance.

The show will also see Tim Curry leading the cast of Monty Python's Spamalot and Telesales girl turned star of West End show The Sound Of Music, Connie Fisher.

Other guests include Torchwood actor John Barrowman, glamour puss Jordan and singer hubby Peter Andre, comeback kids Noel Edmonds and Take That, dancing dish Patrick Swayze, and soul crooner James Morrison on the bill.

They'll be lots of stars in our eyes!
