Former Board Member Brings more than 15 Years Industry and Management Experience

Philip Lee, President of Domain Pharma Corporation, the world's leading provider of clinical information solutions, announced today the appointment of Dean Goodermote as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lee, who has led Domain through a period of growth and new product development for the past three years said, "As we enter the next phase of our corporate development we need to strengthen our senior management. He brings fifteen years of industry and management experience developing, marketing and supporting leading software solutions and significantly increasing shareholder wealth through public stock offerings, mergers, and acquisitions.

Mr. Goodermote will focus on Domain's strategy and external relationships. Mr. Goodermote had previously contributed to the growth of Domain Pharma Corporation as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Lee will continue to serve as President of Domain Pharma Corporation providing increased focus on running the day-to-day operations.

At Process, he repositioned the company, acquired a product line from Cisco and launched a new development effort for Internet addressing and broadband provisioning. During his tenure, the Company increased core Internetworking revenues by more than 250%.

Mr. Goodermote also held several positions at PSDI (Nasdaq: PSDI), including President and Chairman, where he helped PSDI become the world's leading supplier of maintenance management software as well as led the company through its IPO and a secondary public stock offering. During his tenure at PSDI, the company was cited in numerous industry publications for its accomplishments including Business Week's "Top 100 Growth Companies" for two consecutive years, and Fortune's "Top 200 Small Companies." Mr. Goodermote sits on several private and public corporate boards including Xchange Inc., a software developer in the eCRM market; and First International Bancorp Inc., a bank specializing in international trade and small manufacturing and an early entrant into vertical business-to-business Internet financing.
