DNA Test Entrepreneur on BBC Paternity Documentary.

CHELMSFORD, England, July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Essex entrepreneur Avi Lasarow, whose company DNA BioScience has just been named as one of Britain's best new businesses by HSBC Bank, was seen on BBC TV last night in the documentary From Here to Paternity.

The programme showed that DNA science is revealing that many men are in fact not fathers to the children they had always believed were theirs. DNA BioScience specialises in DNA testing and forensic analysis. In the film owner Avi Lasarow was seen talking to a father about the different types of testing services accessible to the public that his company does in accredited laboratories in Chelmsford.

The company was formed in 2003 after Avi Lasarow's own personal experiences with paternity testing.

"The programme has aroused huge interest," said 28 year old Avi. "This morning our phones have hardly stopped ringing. People are realising the benefits and the implications of genetic information."
