DLJ MORTGAGE ACCEPT. CORP. SERIES 1993-14 RATED BY FITCH -- FITCH FINANCIAL WIRE --

 NEW YORK, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- DLJ Mortgage Acceptance Corp.'s (DLJMAC) mortgage pass-through certificates, series 1993-14 $108.1 million class A-1, A-2, M-1, and S are rated "AAA" by Fitch. In addition, $3.5 million class M-2 certificates are rated "AA," $2.1 million class B-1 certificates "A" and $2.1 million class B-2 certificates "BBB."
 The "AAA" rating is based on the credit loss protection provided by the 3 percent subordinated class M-2 certificates, the 1.75 percent class B-1 certificates, the 1.75 percent class B-2 certificates and the 1.5 percent subordinated class B-3 and B-4 certificates (privately placed). The "AA" rating on class M-2 reflects the credit support provided by the 1.75 percent class B-1, the 1.75 percent class B-2 and the 1.5 percent subordinated class B-3 and B-4; the "A" rating on class B-1 is based on the credit protection provided by the 1.75 percent class B-2 and the 1.5 percent subordinated class B-3 and B-4; and the "BBB" rating on class B-2 is based on the credit support provided by the 1.5 percent subordinated class B-3 and B-4. The ratings also reflect the integrity of the legal and financial structures and the servicing capabilities of American Residential Mortgage Corp. (ARMC).
 The mortgage pool consists of conventional, fully amortizing, first lien, fixed-rate 30-year mortgage loans located primarily in California (38 percent) and Connecticut (11 percent). The pool's weighted average loan-to-value (LTV) ratio is 75 percent; cash out refinance loans represent 8 percent of the pool; and jumbo loans (with balances greater than 300,000), 30 percent.
 All of the mortgage loans were originated or acquired by ARMC and sold to an affiliate of DLJMAC. DLJMAC deposited the loans in the trust which issued the certificates. For federal income tax purposes, a real estate mortgage investment conduit election will be made with respect to the trust fund.
