DIY shop lovers' tiff spills over.
A JEALOUS woman sure her partner was having an affair went on a paint hurling rampage in his shop - with her 60-year-old mum.
Evelyn Gray, 36, and Barbara Gray bawled insults at Andrew Hudson in Direct Paints, Gourock, in February, before hurling tins of paint around.
Greenock Sheriff Court heard that Gray's mother shouted "You're worth getting the jail for you whore-mongering b.....d," at Hudson as she was led away by police.
Both women, who live in Gourock, admitted breach of the peace and causing wilful damage.
Sheriff John Herald fined Evelyn pounds 150 and Barbara pounds 200, ordered both to paypounds 50 compensation, and said their behaviour was not "ladylike".
