DISTRICT JUDGE DENIES MCORP'S APPEAL ON CONFIRMATION

DISTRICT JUDGE DENIES MCORP'S APPEAL ON CONFIRMATION
 DALLAS, April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. District Court Judge Lynn N.

Hughes today denied MCorp's appeal of Judge Clark's January 7, 1992 order denying confirmation of the MCorp Plan. Judge Hughes found that for procedural reasons the confirmation denial order was not a final order that could be appealed. While the company has not reviewed all of the ramifications of Judge Hughes' order, it is disappointed. The company will begin immediately to work with creditors to address matters necessary to obtain approval of an amended plan of reorganization.
