 FORM MARKETING ALLIANCES WITH FUTUREKIDS
 NEW ORLEANS, Aug. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Walt Disney Computer Software and Electronic Arts have formed separate marketing alliances with FUTUREKIDS, the world's largest chain of children's computer schools, announced Peter Markovitz, chairman and chief executive of FUTUREKIDS Inc.
 "We will work with each company in a number of areas including joint promotional activities, special offers for our customers, use of our endorsement on packaging and some creative cooperative marketing," said Markovitz. "Disney Software and Electronic Arts both share our philosophy that education needs to be entertaining and engaging to get children's attention. They see our rapidly expanding network of quality franchisees as a way to reach additional consumers."
 FUTUREKIDS Inc., a privately held company based in Los Angeles, operates 152 franchised learning centers and provides instruction in approximately 1,200 locations throughout the United States, Japan, Mexico, Canada, Australia and Indonesia.
 Disney Software is an operating unit of Disney Consumer Products, a developer, publisher and licensor of entertainment, creativity and children's software.
 Electronic Arts Inc., located in San Mateo, Calif., is a leading entertainment company with annual sales of $162 million.
