DIP attracts leading UAE auto firms.
Dubai Investments Park (DIP), the largest integrated commercial, industrial and residential community in the Middle East and wholly owned by Dubai Investments, is attracting leading companies from the UAE's automobile sector to set up their base within the development.
As a step in this direction, a new car showroom for both new and used cars recently opened in DIP. Apart from this, a total of 14 automobile service outlets and repair facilities are currently operational within DIP, thus redefining the vehicle maintenance and service convenience on offer for customers.
The automobile options at DIP include a number of service centres, workshops, spare parts and accessories outlets. These include car rental companies, workshops, car spare parts and tyre service centres among others.
The wide array of automobile retail outlets is part of DIP's commitment to offer a multi-faceted brand experience which extends unmatched advantages and dealership options for customers and at the same time create a unique brand philosophy within the development.
DIP recently announced the opening of a 7,000sqm CarZone Megastore, a pioneer retailer in multi-brand used cars managed by Al Habtoor Motors. Located in the residential zone within DIP, the showroom is the largest used car supermarket in DIP and the UAE, and has on offer more than 200 vehicles, including all leading brands from Japan, South Korea, the US and Europe across different price segments. Known for its supermarket approach to car retailing, CarZone provides customers with top-quality cars at the most affordable prices.

Among other leading companies, Al Futtaim Motors operates a massive Parts Distribution Centre within DIP to meet the growing demand for automotive parts and accessories in the region. The company's facility, one of the biggest Toyota Parts Distribution Centres in the world, consists of two warehouses plus ancillary buildings.
DIP also boasts a multi-million tyre service centre and logistics distribution spread over 60,000sqf operated by Al Saeedi Group, one of the leading tyre companies in the UAE. The one-of-its-kind tyre service centre offers dedicated bays for car and truck tyre changing with individual service counters.
