CALGARY, Alberta, Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Dion Entertainment Corp. (Toronto: DIO) ("Dion") announced that the company has today entered into an agreement with Bally Gaming Inc. Bally Gaming Inc. President Alan Maiss, commented on the agreement with Dion, "Our primary opportunity for growth will be in emerging markets. Our agreement with Dion will help us capture a significant market share in the Canadian market."
Dion Chairman Louis Dion commented from Las Vegas, "We expect to successfully market Bally products in Canada. We are excited to be associated with a world-class company like Bally. Our company is now able to offer a full range of services in Canada, from casino management to the supply of gaming products."

Dion is the first Canadian publicly traded gaming company and is presently the second largest operator of commercial bingos in Canada.
