MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- DigiBoard, a division of Digi International (NASDAQ: DGII) and the leading provider of connectivity solutions for multiuser microcomputer systems, has signed an agreement with International Business Machines Corporation to participate as a hardware vendor in its Software Solutions Program under their Cooperative Programs. IBM representatives can reference sell DigiBoard's DigiCHANNEL C/X System solution.
