DIGI INTERNATIONAL DECLARES 3-FOR-2 STOCK SPLIT EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Digi International Inc.
(NASDAQ: DGII) today announced that the board of directors has declared a three-for-two split of the company's common stock in the form of a 50 percent stock dividend. Stockholders will receive on March 31, 1992, one additional share of common stock for each two shares held of record on March 16, 1992.
