DIAMONDS-INTERNATIONAL AWARDS TO BE HELD JAN. 28
The good news from Tokyo is that on Jan. 28 a Florida native will

be among two Americans walking away with top honors at the most prestigious international diamond jewelry design competition, the Diamonds-International Awards. Hosted in Tokyo, this gala extravaganza shows East meeting West with a colorful traditional Japanese drum ceremony as background for the latest high-tech, innovative fine jewelry from 14 countries. Footage also includes jewelry industry leader Anthony Oppenheimer, director of De Beers Central Selling Organization, and one-on-one interviews with the two American winners -- including our own Florida honoree.
VisNews satellite transmission from Tokyo on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 1-1:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. See MediaLink report on Jan. 28 for additional transmission details.
