Dial Page President and CEO Jeffrey R. Hultman said, "The increase in revenues resulted from the continued expansion of our business. At September 30, 1992, we had 199,186 pagers in service, a gain of 14 percent from the same date last year."
Mr. Hultman added, "Although we continued to invest in expanding our business, we are able to reduce our expenses as a percentage of revenues due to operating efficiencies and economies of scale. As a result, we recorded our first quarterly operating profit in the third quarter this year."
Dial Page filed a Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 18.
