DIAGNOSTEK CONFIRMS CONTINUATION OF FORD RELATIONSHIP

 ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Diagnostek, Inc. (NYSE: DXK) confirmed today that it will continue to exclusively provide mail pharmacy services to Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) and the United Auto Workers (UAW) hourly and salaried employees, retirees and dependents, totaling approximately 400,000 individuals nationwide. Diagnostek is partnering, through a subcontract, with Value Health and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan to manage this prescription drug benefit.

 Diagnostek manages prescription drug benefits for Fortune 500 corporations, Blue Cross and Blue Shield organizations, health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, organized labor and insurance carriers. In addition, Diagnostek provides pharmacy management services to more than 200 acute-care hospitals, related inpatient facilities and health maintenance organizations nationwide.
