DEVON ENERGY ANNOUNCES REGULAR DIVIDEND
ON $1.94 CONVERTIBLE PREFERRED STOCK
OKLAHOMA CITY, March 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Devon Energy Corp. (AMEX: DVN) reported today that its board of directors declared a $0.485 dividend on the company's $1.94 convertible preferred stock. The dividend, covering the period from Jan. 1, 1992, through March 31, 1992, is payable on March 31, 1992, to preferred stockholders of record as of the close of business March 18, 1992.
