DEVILS DON'T GET MAD, THEY GET EDEN.

SALFORD have announced the signing of Hull KR full-back Greg Eden on a month's loan and chairman Marwan Koukash is hoping to follow it up with the capture of at least one big-name overseas player.

The Red Devils owner says he is in talks with two high-profile players based Down Under and is confident of completing the signing of at least one of them by Monday morning.

Koukash has recently spoken about his desire to bring former New Zealand stand-off Benji Marshall to Super League and the Red Devils are also being linked with full-back Kevin Locke, who played for the Kiwis in the World Cup but has lost the number one jersey at the Warriors to Sam Tomkins.

"Because of how delicate the situation is, I would rather not mention any names but we are talking to two players," Koukash said. "You can never be totally confident until people sign on the dotted line."

Eden, 23, is set to make his Red Devils debut in tomorrow's Tetley's Challenge Cup fifth-round tie against Widnes at the AJ Bell Stadium.
