DEVELOPERS, LENDERS, ENVIRONMENTALISTS & LEGISLATORS DEBATE FUTURE OF SHOPPING CENTER DEVELOPMENT; SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA IDEA EXCHANGE, FEB. 27
 NEW YORK, Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- The future of shopping center development in Southern California will be the major topic at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Southern California Idea Exchange at the Anaheim Hilton, Feb. 27.
 There, over 600 members of the shopping center industry will take part in panel discussions and concurrent sessions. One of the sessions will focus of the issue of development, where shopping center developers, local government officials, lenders and environmental consultants will debate the future of the industry.
 Other discussions will focus on the changing face of retail, leasing and
