DEVELOPED TECHNOLOGY RESOURCE ENTERS RUSSIAN DAIRY INDUSTRY

 MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Developed Technology Resource, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: DVET) (DTR) announced today the sale of $1.2 million in dairy packaging equipment to the Ufa Milk Processing Factory in Ufa, Russia. Delivery and installation of the equipment, manufactured in the United States, is planned for the first quarter of 1994. To date, DTR has received $300,000 toward the purchase.
 DTR's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard Barr said, "This sale is the result of six months of ongoing negotiations with Ufa Dairy and marks our entry into the large dairy packaging and processing equipment market in Russia. We are pursuing several additional equipment contracts of this type in Russia and in other states in the former Soviet Union."
 Ufa is an industrial manufacturing center located approximately 700 miles east of Moscow. Its dairy plant serves over four million people in the region.
 Developed Technology Resource, Inc. is a Minneapolis-based company engaged in technology transfer, manufacturing joint ventures, investment services and product distribution within the former Soviet Union. On May 5, 1993, the company completed an initial public offering of 977,500 shares of common stock at $5 per share. The common stock is trading on the National Market System under the NASDAQ symbol DEVT.
