DETROIT'S WMXD-FM ANNOUNCES NEW ON-AIR LINEUP

 DETROIT'S WMXD-FM ANNOUNCES NEW ON-AIR LINEUP
 SOUTHFIELD, Mich., June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Fritz Broadcasting Inc.'s

WMXD-FM (92.3) announced Detroit's hottest on-air lineup effective today.
Air personality Bill Bailey (who was the "Morning Mouth" on WDRQ) returns to the Detroit area as WMXD's morning drive personality. Bailey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Mix 92.3 air staff. With his 10 years in major market morning radio, Bailey will make mornings fun and informative for WMXD listeners.
Gerald McBride moves from mornings to midday. This will be an easy transition for McBride because of his past experience in midday formats at other Detroit outlets. His warm and friendly personality is best suited for the midday hours on WMXD, according to a station spokesperson.
The Captain (Kris McClendon) is back! In addition to his responsibility as WMXD operations manager, McClendon will bring his own special flair and deep, sultry voice to the WMXD airwaves to make daily drive time enjoyable. Prior to joining WMXD, McClendon was program director and morning personality at WDZZ in Flint, Mich., but he is best known in Detroit for the seven years he spent at WJLB.
The new Monday through Friday lineup for Mix 92.3 WMXD will be:
 Bill Bailey Monday-Friday, 5:30-10 a.m.
 Gerald McBride Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
 Capt. Kris McClendon Monday-Friday, 3-7 p.m.
 Electrifying Mojo Monday-Saturday, 7 p.m.-1 a.m.
