DELTA AIR LINES AND MASSPORT TEAM UP FOR JUNE FREQUENT FLYER PROMOTION;
 BONUS MILES FOR TRYING GROUND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
 BOSTON, June 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Shuttle passengers now have a new reason to try the Airport Water Shuttle, Logan Link from South Station, and Logan Express buses from Braintree and Framingham: 500 bonus miles. Delta Air Lines and the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) are promoting a "frequent rider/flyer" program which awards 500 bonus miles to round-trip Delta Shuttle passengers who use Massport's ground transport services to and from Logan Airport. The promotion continues through June 30, 1992.
 Massport Executive Director Alden S. Raine said that "the pairing of Massport's ground services and Delta's air service is a transportation natural. Massport's been actively promoting ground transport alternatives to Logan Airport users for more than six years and now Delta Air Lines has made it possible for the ground transport user to be rewarded."
 Delta Air Lines District Marketing Director, Jim Barnhart, stated, "Delta has long supported Massport's efforts to promote ground transportation to and from Logan Airport, and we're especially pleased that the Delta Shutttle was selected to participate in this exciting transportation promotion."
 The ground transport services to and from Logan Airport being featured in the June 1992 program with The Delta Shuttle are:
 -- Nonstop Logan Express bus service from Braintree, across from the South Shore Plaza on Forbes Road, and from Framingham at Shoppers' World, just off Route 30;
 -- Shuttle van service from South Station on the Logan Link, which runs Monday through Friday;
 -- Seven minutes across Boston Harbor aboard the Airport Water Shuttle from Rowes Wharf (connecting with free shuttle buses at the Logan dock).
 In addition to earning 500 bonus miles when using either of these services, Delta Shuttle passengers earn 2,000 bonus miles each way just for traveling the Delta Shuttle, and another 1,000 bonus miles for same day, round-trip travel.
 To redeem their bonus miles, Delta Shuttle passengers must submit their boarding pass, dated receipts from either of the four Massport services (for transportation within 24 hours of one shuttle flight), and a "Massport/Delta Promotion" coupon, which is available at all four ground transportation service sites, Boston and New York Delta Shuttle ticket gates, and Logan Airport information booths.
 For more information on this promotion, schedules, or any other Logan Airport ground transportation, please call Massport at 1-800-23-LOGAN, 24-hours-a-day. Live operator assistance is available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
