DEFINITION, LTD. SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT WITH WORLDWIDE MARKETING TO IMPLEMENT A $20 MILLION PRODUCT SALES PROGRAM

LAKE PARK, Fla., April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- DEFINITION, LTD. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFNL) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with Worldwide Marketing, a European-based firm ("WWM"). WWM intends to, on a best efforts basis, generate what could be up to $20 million in product sales over the next 2 years.

Under a program dubbed "Messagio d'Amore" (a message of love), WWM will develop a marketing and sales program for products and services from both small and large specialty vendors and craftsmen, located primarily in the Verona region of Italy. The program will require developing broadcast material and footage for use in television and computer-related, interactive multi-media venues, i.e. the Internet. DEFINITION, LTD., as a strategic venture partner, with its film library resources, on-line and interactive educational software, infomercial design and production capabilities, will help develop and implement this aggressive marketing and business plan.

The many crafts, professions and ideas to be included in this project are planned to be demonstrated in 26 thirty-minute videos. The skills emphasized would include hand crafts of all types as well as the culinary and gastronomical arts typical to the area. The videos are planned to be test marketed and aired 150 times at WAQ TV 19 which penetrates 600,000 households in the West Palm Beach, Florida area and at least 26 times in the Dallas Metroplex. It was agreed in a meeting with Dr. Romano Brusco, the Chamber of Commerce of Veneto, Raimondo Ercole and World Time, Inc., Definition's consultants, that "The miracle of Northeast Italy could be a great source of hope to inner cities of America in their continuing cultural, economic and educational struggles."

DEFINITION, LTD., through its wholly owned subsidiary, Interactive Systems, Inc., specializes in the production of educational software, direct response and interactive programming for worldwide application. Targeting broadcasts/cable television and interactive electronic media industries, the Company generates revenues from various assets such as: in-house television production facility, rental studios, an extensive film and video library, pre-paid airtime and a computer-based interactive scholastic network.
