DEATHS.

BOWIE (Hadston). Peacefully at home on Wednesday 2nd November 2011, aged 88 years, Tommy, beloved husband of the late Sally, much loved dad to Janice and Alison, loving fatherinlaw of Ronnie and Ken, adored granda and great granda. Tommy will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Please meet for service at St. John's Chevington Parish Church on Thursday 10th November at 1.00pm, followed by cremation at Cowpen Crematorium. McDONALD (NewbigginbytheSea).

Woodlea. After a brave fight against cancer, Barry, passed away on 1st November 2011, in St. Oswald's Hospice, sadly missed by his beloved wife Patricia Elizabeth, a dear father of Alistair, Laura, Julia and Mark, dear grandfather of Lewis, Arran and Rowan and much loved brother of Eileen and Peter. A Funeral Service is to be held at St. Bartholomew's Church, NewbigginbytheSea on Friday 11th November at 11.00am, followed by interment at Woodhorn Cemetery. Family and friends are all welcome. SMITH (Blyth). Suddenly in hospital on October 31st, Rita (nee Hicks), dearly loved wife of the late Thomas Taylor, much loved mam of Paul and Margaret and motherinlaw of Christina and the late Jack.
