Hilda (nee Best), on 6th January 2010, aged 90 years, at Appletree Care Home, Birtley beloved widow of Willie, much loved mam of June and son-in-law Dave, devoted grandmother of Michael, Debi and Alec, Paul and Jill, proud great grandmother of Andrew and Faye who were her rays of sunshine. FARRER (Vigo). Hilda (grandma Ring a Roses), died suddenly on 6th January 2010 at Appletree Grange Care Home, loved dearly by her granddaughter Debi, Alec and great grandson Andrew. Will be dearly missed but never forgotten. Thank you for all the wonderful memories which we will cherish forever. A massive thank you to Donna, for all of her help and support and to the amazing staff at Appletree Grange.

MARTIN (Benwell). Peacefully in hospital on Saturday 9th January 2010, aged 84 years, Mary, beloved wife of the late Ken and dearly loved and treasured mum of Karen.
