DBA REPORTS FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR END RESULTS

 MELBOURNE, Fla., Aug. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- DBA Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: DBAS) announced today that revenues for the three-month period ending June 30, 1993 were $8,235,000, as compared to $9,798,000 recorded in the comparable three-month period in the prior fiscal year. Operating income for the current three-month period was $730,000, or 8.9 percent of revenues during the current period as compared to $750,000 or 7.7 percent of revenues reported for the same quarter a year earlier.
 Revenues for the 12-month period ending June 30, 1993 were $33,298,000 as compared to $38,570,000 recorded a year earlier. Operating income was $3,047,000 or 9.2 percent of revenues during the current year as compared to $3,203,000 or 8.3 percent of revenues in the prior fiscal year. Net income totaling $2,209,000 or $.56 per share fully diluted was recorded in the current year, as compared with the net income for the prior fiscal year of $1,939,000 or $.61 per share fully diluted. Primary weighted shares were 3,886,000 during fiscal 1993 as compared to 2,837,000 during fiscal 1992.
 DBA's backlog of uncompleted work on its existing contracts as of June 30, 1993 was approximately $19 million, compared to the approximately $26 million reported a year earlier.
