 DAVSTAR INDUSTRIES ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
 WITH CAMBRIDGE MEDICAL SYSTEMS
 NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Davstar Industries Ltd. (AMEX: DVS) announced today a distribution agreement with Cambridge Medical Systems, Cambridge, Mass., for two new disposable medical systems. Further, the company announced the execution of distribution agreements with the Darby Group of Companies, representing 96,000 doctor's offices; Aark Medical, representing doctor's offices, nursing homes and laboratories; Theragen, a certified 8A distributor to the federal government, and Instacare, a consultant pharmacy representing approximately 70,000 nursing home beds. Instacare is majority-owned by Eckerd Drugs.
 The company also announced distribution agreements for both new products through Cambridge Medical Systems with Equipnet, Inc., Pasadena, Calif., representing 630 home care distributors and Pharmaceutical Buyers Inc., (PBI), Boulder, Colo., representing 119 medical distributors and 830,000 nursing home beds.
 Davstar reports that all agreements are for U.S. distribution of one or both new products: CenSlideR and the CenSlide 60TM Centrifuge, a new urinalysis system that reduces risk of contamination, facilitating compliance with OSHA regulations, and a new product for the management of urinary incontinence.
 Davstar Industries Ltd. is primarily engaged in the development, manufacturing, marketing and licensing of innovative disposable medical devices for the hospital, nursing home and physician office markets.
