 Innovative Lifeguard Program Provides 24-Hour
 Before-Return-Replacement to Clearpoint Customers

By Registering with Dataram, Users Protect Their Memory Investment and
Gain Access to the Industry's Premier Memory Support Organization
PRINCETON, N.J., March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Dataram Corporation (AMEX: DTM), the worldwide leader in high-quality expansion memory, today introduced a support program covering memory products manufactured by Clearpoint Research Corporation.
Dataram's Lifeguard Program, the first of its kind in the industry, provides security for users of Clearpoint's DEC and HP memory. Under the program, users will obtain 24-hour before-return-replacement service if their Clearpoint memory fails.
According to Dataram Vice President of Marketing and Business Development Carmen J. Marchionni, Dataram has the resources and breadth of product line necessary to take on such responsibility. "As Dataram provides 24-hour before-return-replacement with its own memory, we know that users depend on this level of support. In light of the reports of recent difficulties at Clearpoint, many users of its products have urged us to extend our support. This program is a reflection of our commitment to our industry and to the HP and DEC computer users."
To take advantage of this unique program, users of Clearpoint memory products covered by the program must register their products with Dataram between today and May 31, 1993. Coverage becomes effective within 30 days.
Registration cards are available by calling 1-800-DATARAM. Users can also register by sending or faxing the following information to Dataram:
 -- Clearpoint memory model
 -- Capacity
 -- Serial number
-- DEC or HP computer model number
The memory product must be in working order when the registration is submitted. An annual fee is payable upon registration. Immediately following approval, customers will be contacted with instruco? use in the event of a memory failure. If a board fails, a replacement will be delivered within 24 hours.
