 DATAKEY ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN ANNUAL MEETING
 MINNEAPOLIS, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The annual meeting of the


shareholders of Datakey, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: DKEY), a Minnesota corporation, (the "company"), scheduled to be held on May 13, 1992, will be held on such date, but due to a conflict arising from unanticipated surgery scheduled for Chairman and CEO John H. Underwood, officers of the company will adjourn all substantive business to be conducted until June 2, 1992. The meeting, as adjourned, will be reconvened on June 2, at 3:30 p.m., at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center Hotel, 30 South Seventh Street, Minneapolis.
