Complications in data management of telephone billing records result in tremendous revenue losses and operating costs for carriers every year. Determining which company owns the billing relationship for a specific telephone number is complex and time consuming. In response to this challenge, Intrado developed IntelliBase NRLLDB to provide one consolidated repository of line-, switch-, and company-level information for every working telephone number in the North American Numbering Plan.
