DAMES & MOORE ANNOUNCES REORGANIZATION; TWO NEW U.S. DIVISIONS CREATED TO FOCUS ON MARKET OPPORTUNITIES

 LOS ANGELES, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Dames & Moore (NYSE: DM), international environmental and engineering consultants, has modified its organization to create two new U.S. divisions effective March 26, 1994, which is the beginning of Dames & Moore's fiscal year 1995.
 Glenn D. Martin, 44, who currently serves as vice president and manager of the Midcontinent Region, will serve as senior vice president and division manager of the newly created Midcontinent and Latin America Division. Martin has been employed by the company for 21 years and has served in regional management since 1990. He is a past member of Dames & Moore's board of directors.
 Richard C. Tucker, 52, who currently serves as vice president and manager of the Middle Atlantic Region and Government Services in the Eastern North America Division, will serve as senior vice president and division manager of the newly created U.S. Government Services Division. Tucker also is a member of Dames & Moore's board of directors. Tucker has been employed by the company for 19 years and has served in regional management since 1990.
 According to Dames & Moore Chief Operating Officer Arthur C. Darrow, 50, the creation of the two new divisions is part of a continuing effort to better focus on discrete market opportunities in the United States and abroad.
 Kevin J. Freeman, 43, will continue to serve as senior vice president and manager of the company's Western North America Division, and James V. Toto, 59, will continue as senior vice president and manager of the Eastern North America Division.
 Dames & Moore is a worldwide professional services company, providing comprehensive environmental and specialized consulting and engineering services. The company had gross revenues of $343.8 million in fiscal year 1993 and maintains offices throughout the United States and in 19 other countries.
