Global Banking News - 14 October 2015

Czech policy makers have warned investors against bets on an early end to their monetary stimulus.

The apex bank said that it might extend the regime of capping koruna gains if disinflation risks are high. The Czech National Bank said that it might not scrap the limit on currency appreciation, set at around CZK27 per euro, until upward pressure on prices is strong enough to ensure monetary easing will not be needed again in the following two to three quarters.
