Cybernet Systems Improves Security With Release of New NetMAX Server Software.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Cybernet Systems Corporation today announced the availability of an upgrade to NetMAX Professional Suite, its easy to use Linux software for Internet appliances and network servers. NetMAX Professional 5.01 now offers:

--enhanced security within the core NetMAX server encryption mechanism

--increased web site security through an upgrade to Apache Web server 1.3.33

--modifications to accommodate SpamBouncer 2.0 for increased spam blocking

--improved authentication with FrontPage

Other improvements include more comprehensive backup processes for multiple session tapes and a patch to reduce the possibility of a server crash.
