CyberMark Named a 2010 Arizona BBB Business Ethics Award Finalist.

PHOENIX -- CyberMark, a Phoenix-based search engine optimization firm, has been selected by the Arizona Better Business Bureau as a finalist for a 2010 Business Ethics Award. This is the fourth consecutive year CyberMark has been nominated for this award and the second consecutive year CyberMark has been chosen as a finalist.

Established in 2002 by the Arizona Better Business Bureau, the Business Ethics Award recognizes Arizona businesses of varying sizes that demonstrate an exemplary commitment to ethical business practices and activities within the community.

CyberMark CEO Kimberly Judd-Pennie says it's quite an honor to be named a finalist two years in a row.

"Although we have won many search engine optimization and Internet marketing awards, this one is very special," Judd-Pennie said. "We have always tried to operate our business and treat customers with the utmost respect and honesty."

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the practice of improving websites' standings in search engine results organically rather than with paid advertising to increase web traffic. Judd-Pennie says that many SEO companies offer quick fixes to bolster website traffic that don't produce long-lasting results, and in some cases, can cause unaware companies to be banned from search engine listings.

CyberMark practices ethical SEO by educating its customers about how search engine optimization works and by being honest to customers about what they are up against before coming on board, says Judd-Pennie.

"We only sell our customers what they need and not try to be everything to everyone," Judd-Pennie said. "In addition, we don't take on clients we know would not do well with our service."

In December 2009, CyberMark was ranked one of the top 30 integrated search companies in North America by, an independent search vendor company.

CyberMark also donates its SEO services to local and national charitable organizations, including Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Arizona, Dreams Do Come True and North Ridge Community Church.

Award winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa on May 12, 2010.
