Swedish IT consultancy Cyber Com Consulting Group Scandinavia AB said on Friday (13 June) that it would issue 200,000 new shares to partially finance its acquisition of the network consultancy Mobility Partner Europe AB.

The issue is to be directed at the two founders of Mobility Partner Europe AB in exchange for 230,688 shares in Mobility Partner. The remaining shares in Mobility Partner are to be acquired for cash.

Mobility Partner, located in Stockholm, Sweden, develops services within fixed and mobile networks for operators and equipment suppliers. It has 16 employees and reported a turnover of SEK20m in 2002.

One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.08 British pounds (GBP).
