Cut it out, Iwan!; Wolves 1, Bradford 0.

City boss Chris Kamara accused Wolves striker Iwan Roberts of going in "studs up" on Jonathan Gould, leaving his keeper with a horrific gash on his neck which needed 18 stiches.

"When a player gets his face ripped open, you have to wonder just what is going on," stormed Kamara.

Striker Carl Shutt took over in goal for the third time in his career and was given more of the same by Wolves' record marksman Steve Bull.

"I was very disappointed with the referee and with the way he did nothing about Bull's challenge on Shutt which left our man with stud marks down his thigh," moaned Kamara.

Bull, set up by former Bradford star Dean Richards, slammed his fourth goal of the season past a gutted Shutt on 72 minutes to put Mark McGhee's men second in the table.

"We might have got away with it if it had been anyone other than Bull," said Shutt.

"It was only half a chance but it flew in the net."
