Custom electrical terminals.

These custom manufactured terminals can incorporate inlaid brazing compounds to facilitate wire attachment in automated processes and reduce labor costs. The terminals can be manufactured from virtually all alloys, including medical-grade alloys, titanium, platinum, stainless, and copper alloys in a wide range of configurations. Featuring inlaid brazing compounds to facilitate wire attachment in automated processes, they eliminate the labor costs associated with pre- and post-specialized plating. Supplied in loose pieces or reel-to-reel, the terminals can be produced in sizes from 0.008 to 0.9 in. thick with [+ or -] 0.002 in. tolerances, depending upon materials used and requirements for the design.

Editor's Note: Developed using rapid prototyping with 30 solid modeling analysis, these terminals can be inlaid or edge-laid with metals for increased wear properties.
