Cushman & Wakefield of Long Island, Inc.

Cushman & Wakefield of Long Island, Inc. has been named exclusive leasing agent to market 16,000 square feet of office space for lease at 5 Harbor Park Drive in Port Washington, NY. Reid Berch, a director at Cushman & Wakefield, is handling the assignment on behalf of the property owner, L.I.F. Industries. Berch negotiated the sale of 5 Harbor Park Drive to L.I.F. Industries in the fall of 1998.

In addition to the 16,000 square feet of available office space, 5 Harbor Park Drive features 125,000 square feet of warehouse space and 24,000 square feet of additional office space which are occupied by L.I.F. Industries. The property is located in prestigious Hempstead Industrial Park. According to Berch, the block of office space that is available features a raised floor, "ideal for a financial services, Internet or high-tech entity that has extensive wiring and cabling needs."
