Cushman & Wakefield negotiates 96,625 sf.

In one of the largest lease transactions in New Jersey in 1992, Cushman & Wakefield was instrumental in relocating Sea-Land Service Inc's corporate headquarters to Allen Center at 150 Allen Road in Liberty Corner, New Jersey. Sea-Land Services, the nation's largest ocean carrier and a subsidiary of CSX Corporation, signed a long term lease for 96,625 square feet of space in the Somerset County office complex, according to Thomas Reilly, director, and Dennis McConnell, the Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey brokerage team that represented the landlord in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive leasing agent for Allen Center, which is owned and managed by Quinlan properties, L.P.
