Curver Rubbermaid.

A joint venture company for the production and marketing of mainly plastic household goods for the Hungarian, Czechoslovakian and Yugoslavian markets was formed between Curver Rubbermaid - a joint venture of DSM and Rubbermaid - and Pannonplast Plastic Works, Hungary. Each will hod a 50% stake in the new company. Panonnplast's current production facilities for plastic consumer goods, located at its Debrecen site in Eastern Hungary, will form part of the new company. A new sales office will be set up in Budapest. Pannonplast was established in 1992 and privatized in June 1991. The maiN owner is the Hungarian State Property Agency.
